Congratulations to Ms. Ray and the One Act performers! They will be taking the One Act to STATE!! A big thank you to Deputy Chief Warner and Chief of Staff Corey Bunch for supporting the arts and Russell McCarty for driving the set to Tonkawa.

Congratulations to the Sequoyah Fishing team! They competed at the OBN Fishing Tournament on Lake Texoma, Catfish Bay, Kingston, Oklahoma. There were 64 teams registered.
Carl Robbins/Logan Taulbee got 32nd on Day 1 and 6th on Day 2.
Alden Jones and Kael Dobbins for 31st on Day 2. They had a boat mechanical problem early in Day 1.

PEP Rally & Bonfire Tonight @ 7:30. Students, Friends, and Family are all invited. Bring lawn chairs. Hot dogs, smores, door prizes, and good times as we cheer on our Fall Sports teams. It is will located in the parking lot behind the home side bleachers. See you there!
In November as part of Native American Heritage Month, Sequoyah will be hosting alumni to come in once in the different evening throughout November and do a workshop. We have individuals coming in right now to do beaded keychains, mini-stickball sticks, baby ribbon skirts, flat reed baskets, and graphic art.
We would love to open up more opportunities such as traditional foods, finger weaving, etc.
